Ubisoft has announced that the closed beta for the game Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade will be available on Android and iOS platforms starting from August 3rd. Interested players can register in advance on the game’s official website.
Codename Jade is a free-to-play game developed by Ubisoft and published by Level Infinite, a subsidiary of Tencent. It is the result of a collaboration between Ubisoft and the Chinese giant gaming company announced last year. The game follows the journey of the character Xia during the Third Crusade, a period when China was on the verge of uniting for the first time. Players will encounter various events along the trade route and cultural exchange between the East and West, as well as the challenges and dangers lurking in the shadows.
The game promises to provide an expansive open-world experience, as showcased in the previously leaked gameplay clip.
